- How can I get a new registration key if my system Id is changed?
You can request up to 5 new registration key when your system Id changes. Please send an e-mail to sales at kaplansoft.com with your previously issued registration key and new system Id.
- Is there a time limitation for registration keys?
There is not any time limitation for registration keys, keys are permanent.
- Do I need to pay for an upgrade?
Some major releases may require an upgrade fee. Please send an e-mail to sales at kaplansoft.com with your previously issued registration key and new system Id.
