KaplanSoft provides software installation, customization and support services. Current pricing for installation and support services can be found and purchased at KaplanSoft website.
- Installation services are provided remotely. Clients must provide remote access to their systems via RDP.
- Installation services are provided in 09:00-18:00 GMT+3 Monday-Friday and 09:00-12:00 Saturday. Installation services are double charged if requested in other days or hours.
- Installation covers, installation of KaplanSoft software, Microsoft SQL Server (Required in some installations), and configuration. All Windows service packs and updates must be installed by the customer prior to installation. Customers must also check for their systems for possible virus or Trojan infections prior to installation. KaplanSoft provides necessary information customers to provision their software and hardware to work with KaplanSoft software after installation.
- Designing IVR scenarios for TekIVR, SIPob and SipCLI are also priced separately on project basis.
- We may provide customer hardware & software configuration services based on vendor / model. This service is also priced separately.
- Support services are provided remotely by phone and e-mail. Clients must provide remote access to their systems via RDP when remote diagnostic needed.
- Support services are provided in 09:00-18:00 GMT+2 Monday-Friday. Maximum response time is 2 hours. Support services are provided in best effort basis in other days or hours.
- Support services cover, remote diagnostic, upgrade and re-installation, if required. Software fixes are provided in two working days.
- Support is provided only for KaplanSoft products.
- Paid support services starts on the payment date.
- Customers may request customizations for KaplanSoft software. Such requests are priced based on requirements provided by the customer.
